FAQ

Where do you get your wood from?

The vast majority of our wood is sourced locally in Pennsylvania -- we also reclaim wood from some barns in Kentucky, but almost all of our lumber is domestic US lumber.  We aim to create as small a supply chain as possible to hit sustainability goals.

How are these items shipped?

Generally, they are palletized and shipped freight via either TForce or Fedex.  Depending on the quantity, multiple pallets may be necessary as the weight would be over the limit for one pallet load.  We ship to commercial locations as you will need a forklift to offload, but if you need them shipped to a job site and have the ability to offload, please let us know.

Can I pick up the material?

Yes, we can arrange pickup at our local facility in Williamsport, PA.

What is your warranty?

When your package of material arrives, please inspect it for any damage so we can arrange a replacement.  Once material is used by the contractor, we cannot warranty any defects or damage.

Do you accept returns/refunds?

We do not offer returns/refunds on unused or extra material that is purchased.

Where can I see these products before I buy?

What region(s) can you ship to?

What payment options do you have available?

What are your lead times?

They can vary by product, but generally 4-6 weeks.
